The latest Clinton cash intrigue involves a Czech model and a 'distasteful' $500,000 donation

A Friday report in The New York Times highlights another intriguing Clinton Foundation activity. According to the report, former President Bill Clinton turned down repeated offers to speak at Czech model Petra Nemcova's annual charity event until she directly offered the Clinton family's foundation $500,000 of the proceeds for appearing. When she did, Clinton attended Nemcova's 2014 gala in Manhattan.

Four inducted into Astronaut Hall of Fame

A quartet of astronauts was commended for their achievements in space as the 14th Astronaut Hall of Fame class was inducted at Space Shuttle Atlantis at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on Saturday afternoon. In front of hundreds that included a bevy of former astronauts, family, friends and patrons at the park, John Grunsfeld, Steve Lindsey, Kent Rominger and Rhea Seddon were given honors on the Hall of Fame's 25th anniversary.
