A small contingent of pro-Confederate flag supporters rallied Saturday at the state capitol in Charleston, S.C., hours after an activist named Bree Newsome temporarily took down the state house's flag and was arrested. Similar rallies were also planned in Alabama and North Carolina on Saturday.
