Teenager who vanished is found tied to a bed in his Dad's basement 20 years later

A man in Brazil with extremely long nails and hair was found in his dad's windowless basement after 20 years. Police came across the man named Armando de Andrade accidentally whilst they were searching homes for drug gang members. The neighbours had assumed that the boy had moved out of the house when he was 16 years old. Witnesses say that he was found with a beard that reached down to his knees.
