Freddie Gray's death ruled homicide; charges to be pressed against police

Maryland state attorney Marilyn J. Mosby announced on Friday that Baltimore resident Freddie Gray's death was ruled a homicide and criminal charges have been pressed against the police officers involved in his arrest — also ruled illegal.
