Donald Trump’s newest secretary of state option has close ties to Vladimir Putin

President-elect Donald Trump is meeting Exxon Mobil Corp. CEO Rex Tillerson, a Texas native, at Trump Tower on Tuesday. Tillerson doesn’t have any diplomatic experience but has spent decades building relationships with Russia, including with Vladimir Putin, and Saudi Arabia as the leader of the world’s biggest private oil and natural gas company.
