APD: Teen shot, killed over $40 debt

A teenager faces a first-degree murder charge after police say he shot and killed another 15-year-old for not having the $40 he was owed. The Albuquerque Police Department arrested Brandon Caballeros in Monday morning's fatal shooting of Carlos Rodriguez at the Wyoming Plaza Mobile Home Park near Wyoming Boulevard and Trumbull Avenue.
