'Exceedingly grateful': Tonga's sudden change of heart on Chinese loans

Last week Tonga was calling on China to write off its debts but now it's exceedingly grateful for development aid from Beijing. On Thursday last week, Tonga's Prime Minister was protesting that his small Pacific Island nation would struggle to pay back the money it owes to China.
