Parkland survivor’s father to Marco Rubio: ‘Where was God when my daughter was killed?’

Last Thursday, Marco Rubio (R-FL) took to Twitter and quoted the Bible, citing a passage from Isaiah where God reassures his people that he will protect them. But the quote wasn’t reassuring to all who read it, as evidenced by Fred Guttenberg‘s reaction. “Do not fear: I am with you; do not be anxious: I am your God, the verse from Isaiah, 41:10 read. “I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”
