Trump's Tariffs Are Siphoning $35 Billion From Consumers And Corporations

Trump is correct in saying the U.S. government is receiving billions more in tariffs. However, he either doesn’t realize or is willing to ignore that it is the companies importing the goods that pay the tax. This results in either consumers paying higher prices or companies making less money.
