U.S. Home Prices Rise at Fastest Pace in 15 Years

Home-price growth in January accelerated to its highest annual rate since 2006, as the supply of homes for sale dropped to a new low. The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index rose 11.2%.
